These terms cover this website, invisibleproductinc.com. They are not the agreement for any work we do for you. If we build something for you, that is a separate written agreement, and it controls wherever the two differ.

who we are

This site is published by Invisible Product Inc. We design and build custom software for small teams, and we make a product called Bubbl.

what this site is

It describes what we do. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a price, or a commitment to build anything. Descriptions of what software can do are general, and what you would actually get depends on an agreement we would write with you first.

using the site

You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not try to break it, take it apart to rebuild it as your own, or use it to send anything automated at us. The text, layout, code and marks on the site belong to us unless we say otherwise.

work we do for you

Any engagement starts with a written agreement covering scope, price, ownership, confidentiality and support. Until that agreement is signed by both of us, nothing is promised. Conversations, proposals and estimates are not binding on either of us.

the product is separate

Bubbl is our own product and it has its own terms and its own account. Using this website does not create a Bubbl account, and these terms do not govern your use of Bubbl.

links we do not control

We link to other places, including our own accounts on social platforms and our product. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them.

no warranty

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, or that everything on it is current. We keep it accurate as best we can, and we change it without notice.

liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

changes

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top is the version you are reading. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
